EU Customers:
Returns are accepted for unopened and unused physical products (such as oracle decks, books, art, and jewelry) within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Due to their fresh and perishable nature, Cacao Bites and Drops cannot be returned under any circumstance. This includes all supplements made in Anna's Kitchen.

International Customers:
Do to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on international orders, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.

Digital Products:
All sales of digital items (like readings, meditations, or downloads) are final and cannot be returned once delivered.
