General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions will apply:

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

  • Day: calendar day.

  • Distance contract: a contract concluded by means of one or more techniques for remote communication between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

  • Durable medium: any medium that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.

  • Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within a specified period.

  • Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.

Article 2 - Identity of the Entrepreneur

Article 3 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and every distance agreement and order made between the entrepreneur and the consumer. Before entering into the distance agreement, the consumer will be made aware of these terms and conditions.

Article 4 - The Offer

The offer will include a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. This description should be detailed enough for the consumer to make a well-informed decision. Images, if used, must accurately reflect the offered products.

Article 5 - The Agreement

The agreement comes into effect when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions outlined in the offer. If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after the consumer receives the product.

Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the consumer will bear the costs of returning the product. The entrepreneur will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Article 8 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer's specifications, personalized products, or products that cannot be returned due to their nature.

Article 9 - Pricing

Prices for products are inclusive of VAT. Changes in prices due to changes in VAT rates are allowed and will be communicated to the consumer.

Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty

The entrepreneur ensures that products meet the agreed-upon specifications and are free from defects at the time of delivery. If products are found to be faulty, the entrepreneur will offer a replacement or refund at their discretion.

Article 11 - Delivery

The entrepreneur will take the utmost care in receiving and executing orders. The consumer’s delivery address will be used. Any delays in delivery will be communicated to the consumer, who may cancel the order if it is not fulfilled within 30 days.

Article 12 - Duration Transactions

For contracts of indefinite duration, the consumer may cancel the contract at any time with a notice period of up to one month.

Article 13 - Payment

We accept payments via iDeal, Bankcontact, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard. Payments will be processed at the time of purchase.

Article 14 - Complaints Procedure

Any complaints regarding products or services should be reported within 7 days of discovery. The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days. If the complaint cannot be resolved, the entrepreneur will either replace or repair the faulty product.

Article 15 - Dispute Resolution

Dutch law applies to any dispute related to these terms and conditions. If a dispute arises, it will be handled in accordance with Dutch law.

Article 16 – Intellectual Property and Copyright

All images, artwork, designs, writings, and content on this website are the property of The Oracle Atelier and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from The Oracle Atelier.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items (e.g., downloadable oracle decks, meditations, courses) are final and cannot be refunded once purchased.

Article 21 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and delivery method. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country.

Please note: Due to their fresh and perishable nature, Cacao Bites and Drops cannot be returned under any circumstance. This includes all supplements made in Anna's Kitchen.

International Customers:
Do to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on international orders, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.

Digital Products:
